Private painting studies offer focused, one-on-one time to develop your skills, explore your creativity, and work toward the artistic goals that matter to you.

Studies are available for adults and teens ages 15+, from complete beginners to experienced and returning artists.

4-Week Private Painting Study

Four 60-minute private lessons
$325 total for the 4-week study
In-studio in Lafayette, Indiana

Each study is personalized around your interests, experience, and goals, with instruction available in acrylic, watercolor, or oil painting.

Your four weeks might focus on foundational techniques, color and composition, expressive approaches, a particular medium, developing a body of work, or simply making space for your own creative practice.

A four-week study gives you enough time to explore and develop without requiring a long-term commitment.

Want to continue? Additional four-week studies may be scheduled as space permits, allowing your lessons to grow along with you.

Materials

Because each student's interests and chosen medium may be different, students purchase their own primary art supplies. I'll provide recommendations based on what we'll be exploring together, so you'll know what you need before your study begins.
